Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@putumayam.my or through our contact number +601111764020. Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be entertained.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for damaged or defective products, Incorrect products delivered. Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product. Proof of damage or incorrect product (e.g., photos) must be provided.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Products that are opened, consumed and damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

Replacement Policy

 For damaged or incorrect products, we offer replacements subject to stock availability.
